Job Description

Pay range: $68,320 - $85,400 / annually

The HRBP acts as the liaison between upper management and the People Team in designated business units on all personnel and Human Resources matters. Maintaining literacy regarding the business needs, personnel, and culture, this position formulates partnerships to deliver value-added services to management and employees that reflect the organization\'s business objectives.

The selected candidate will be based out of our headquarters in Denver, CO, supporting 19 clubs across the Denver, Albuquerque, and El Paso districts.

Responsibilities

  • Remain available to all employees across the assigned region for queries related to the HR function
  • Mitigate risks related to employee relations by researching and maintaining knowledge of HR strategies and legal requirements, analyzing Chuze metrics to develop policies that align with business needs
  • Identify training needs for business units and participate in the evaluation of program success, following up on completion rates and monitoring individual employee performance
  • Maintain strong partnerships with Chuze leaders, providing guidance to enhance employee relations and retention, providing advisory support in succession planning, promotions, and business unit restructures
  • Attend leadership meetings and organize training sessions and workshops to develop competencies within the assigned region
  • Manage complex employee relation concerns through effective communication and thorough, objective investigations
  • Foster a culture of continuous growth by providing advisory support to management for on-the-spot feedback, performance reviews, and the full scope of disciplinary actions up to separation
