Join a nationally recognized litigation group with deep experience handling complex employee benefits disputes, including fiduciary duty claims, excessive fee litigation, and other high-profile ERISA cases. The team emphasizes collaboration, excellence, and career development.

Key Responsibilities

• Litigate ERISA class actions and related fiduciary duty claims
• Handle excessive fee litigation and other retirement plan disputes
• Draft and argue motions, take part in discovery, and support trial preparation
• Work closely with clients and senior attorneys on strategy and case management

Who You Are

• JD with 2–4 years of ERISA litigation or complex litigation experience
• Strong academic credentials and excellent writing/advocacy skills
• Prior experience with class action litigation preferred
• Texas Bar admission (or ability to waive in) required

Compensation

• Salary Range: $260,000 – $365,000 (DOE)
• Full benefits including health care, retirement, PTO, parental leave, life insurance, and discretionary performance bonuses
