Job Description

We’re seeking a high-performing Business Development Executive to drive new client acquisition and revenue growth. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a performance-driven environment, communicates with confidence and clarity, and is passionate about building long-term client relationships.

Responsibilities

  • Prospect and generate leads through cold-calling, emailing, networking, and other outreach methods
  • Manage the full sales cycle—from initial contact to closing deals
  • Respond to inbound and outbound client requests with urgency and professionalism
  • Collaborate with the executive team to refine and execute sales strategies
  • Present and negotiate contracts, pricing, and collections
  • Travel occasionally for client visits, presentations, and industry events

Client Management & Administration

  • Organize and manage client data and opportunities using designated sales systems
  • Prepare reports, quotations, and participate in weekly team meetings
  • Coordinate internal and client-facing meetings with clear agendas and follow-ups
  • Represent the company professionally as the first point of contact for new business

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Emotionally confident, detail-oriented, and results-driven
  • Comfortable in a performance-based compensation structure with uncapped commissions
  • Skilled in outreach via phone, video, email, and other channels
  • Thrives on mentorship, collaboration, and continuous improvement

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree (preferably in a technical or scientific discipline)
  • 4–8 years of business development or sales experience (ideally in food, supplements, or regulated industries)
  • Professional sales or customer service training is a plus
  • Fluent in English; additional languages are a bonus

Compensation

Base salary + uncapped commission and bonus structure. Performance is rewarded generously.
