🚀 Technology Transactions Attorney

Job Overview

Our client is a major international firm seeking an attorney for its Technology Transactions Practice Group in San Francisco, Silicon Valley, or Seattle. This is a non‑partner track role. Salary range is between $100k to $150k.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience drafting and negotiating IP and technology transactions agreements, including confidentiality, vendor, data sharing, SaaS, and consulting agreements.
• Background in IT or life sciences sectors along with some privacy and data security experience are preferred.
• Degree or relevant work experience in IT, computer science, electrical engineering, healthcare, or other technology‑related fields is strongly preferred.
• Excellent research, writing, and analytic skills; team focused.
• State bar admission in jurisdiction of practice or ability to become admitted.
• All candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S.
