Workday consultant – Time Tracking Go‑Live

Role : Workday Time Tracking Go‑Live consultant/Trainer

Location : Onsite travel to Washington DC, Boston, Minneapolis, Oakland – Walnut Creek (client location). Travel required.

Job Duties and Responsibilities :

• Apply functional expertise and provide best practice guidance to maximize the client’s investment in Workday.
• Support Workday HCM Core, Workday Time Tracking, Leave & Absence.
• Support Shiftwizard for clinical scheduling and Dormakaba applications.
• Provide virtual “elbow” support and address complex and simple “How to” questions via SNOW, email or telephone.
• Prepare tipsheets, training materials, and training videos as directed by project leadership.
• Participate as a product expert in office hours and other mechanisms to provide support to the client.
• Work will largely be 8‑5 pm PST; hours may flex around go‑live.
• Onsite to Oakland required week prior and week after time tracking go‑live (subject to change).
• Learn core capabilities of Shiftwizard and Dormakaba; provide “how to” guidance.

Qualifications :

• Completed Workday Time Tracking for Administrators (certification a plus) or Completed Absence for Administrators (certification a plus).
• Minimum 2 years supporting or implementing Workday Time Tracking.
• Customer strongly prefers experience from US‑based healthcare organizations.
• Demonstrated experience building tip sheets and training materials and training users.
• Experience deploying/supporting Shiftwizard and/or Dormakaba applications at prior organizations a plus.
