🚀 CA Real Estate Transaction Attorney

Latitude Legal is partnering a boutique transactional firm focused on real estate and business matters to engage an attorney with strong real estate deal experience. This is a remote, part‑time role (10–20 hours/week) ideal for someone who wants to work on sophisticated deals with investor and developer clients.

What You’ll Do

• Draft and review entity formation and governance documents (LLCs, LPs, corporations, operating agreements, partnership agreements, etc.)
• Manage real estate investment efforts, including drafting and reviewing syndication‑related materials, subscription agreements and private placement memoranda
• Draft, redline and negotiate letters of intent, purchase & sale agreements, joint venture agreements and other real estate deal documents
• Collaborate directly with clients to determine strategy and deal structure

Who You Are

• Attorney with 4+ years of relevant transactional experience in real estate and/or corporate law
• Confident handling deals from start to finish and communicating / negotiating directly with clients and counterparties
• Skilled in document drafting, redlining, issue spotting and client‑centered problem solving
• Bonus points for syndication experience (PPMs, JVs, investor‑facing work)
• Licensed to practice law and in good standing in California
• J.D. from an accredited law school
• Comfortable working remotely; reliably responsive between 9 am–5 pm PT
• Outstanding references

Compensation

Annualized pay ranges from $160,000 to $230,000 or more when calculated on a full‑time basis. Full benefits available when working 20 hours per week, including a Qualified 401(k) plan.
