In‑House Real Estate Counsel – Latitude Legal

Location: Nashville, TN | Schedule: Part‑time (20 hours per week) | Hybrid / Remote: Hybrid (Nashville Metro); fully remote candidates may be considered.

Responsibilities: Handle all aspects of real‑estate transactions, including title and survey work, closing document preparation, and related real‑estate closings. Work independently at a high level on a flexible basis.

• 4+ years of real‑estate attorney experience
• Experience independently handling title and survey work, as well as real‑estate closings
• Excellent academic credentials from an ABA‑accredited law school
• Excellent analytical, written, verbal and interpersonal skills
• Licensed to practice law in Tennessee (or eligible for in‑house exemption)
• Outstanding professional references

Compensation: Pay: $170,000–$190,000 annualized (equivalent full‑time). Benefits: complimentary professional liability insurance; eligibility for full benefits package when working 20+ hours per week, including group medical, dental, vision, life, LTD, AD&D, 401(k) plan, CLE and Professional Expense stipend.
