🚀 Senior Director, Talent Attraction

Overview

Senior Director, Global Talent Attraction at Salesforce. The role leads the Talent Attraction organization worldwide, guiding strategy and recruiting model across multiple countries, and leading a high-performing team of Managers and Recruiters to deliver hiring goals while providing market intelligence and insights.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the growth and development of the Global Talent Attraction team, driving accountability and performance.
• Partner with cross-functional Recruiting teams to deliver against quarterly and annual global hiring targets.
• Lead strategic global sourcing and recruiting initiatives and programs with strong project management.
• Deliver and analyze reporting to drive transparency against key performance metrics and identify opportunities to enhance performance.
• Build team unity and engagement by developing recruiter capability and partnerships (business acumen, partnering & influencing skills).
• Foster an environment of continuous improvement with self-learning and peer-led empowerment to unleash the team’s potential.
• Test and implement new sourcing techniques, tools, and approaches, focusing on technological advancements.
• Develop and articulate a strategic vision for AI and Digital Labor’s impact on talent attraction, integrating insights into global recruiting strategies.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of recruiting experience with at least 5 years of direct people management and experience leading people managers.
• Proven ability to build internal partnerships to gain support and achieve cross-functional results.
• Excellent influencing and communication skills with the ability to present data to senior leaders to establish credibility and trust.
• Ability to analyze and leverage data to forecast and drive effective global recruitment strategies.
• Background in tech industry with understanding of global regional nuances and country laws to inform sourcing strategies.
• Strong technical aptitude with recruiting technologies and knowledge of AI and Digital Labor in talent acquisition.
• Experience in strategic initiatives and project management within talent acquisition.
