Job Description

• Minimum 2 end to end Greenfield implementation / 4 Support Project on SAP S/4 HANA PPDS.
• Technical / Functional knowledge of SAP ERP and PP
• Basic understanding of SAP S/4 HANA functional modules: FICO, MM, PM, SD
• Acknowledge the Ticket assigned and perform due diligence
• Communicate with Business on the Issue resolution
• Resolution of Issue based on the functional / technical area
• Collaborate with multiple functional / technical teams as per the need
• Perform root cause analysis for the critical issue
• Change Management Able to provide effort estimate, follow the change management procedure, work on the changes, custom developments, configuration, testing, UAT and User Training for the Change requested.
• Documentation Maintain the up-to-date documentation for the deliverables
