Unique Litigation Associate opportunity with a well-rounded, down-to-earth, AmLaw firm and great Managing Partner mentorship. Our client is looking to add 2 Associates with anywhere from 2-7 years of experience to touch on a wide-variety of matters to include, but not limited to: insurance defense, general liability, complex commercial, product liability, etc. Great opportunity to get your foot in the door and learn additional areas of law! This is a defense firm with work/life balance and heavy bonus' throughout the year.

Additional:

Must be barred in TX
Excellent legal research, investigation, writing, and verbal skills are also required
Previous experience preparing and responding to initial pleadings, motions to dismiss, demands, discovery, motions for summary judgment, and other trial-related court filings
