Responsibilities

• Reviewing title
• Preparing policies
• Preparing HUD 1 Statements
• Attending closings
• Handling other legal matters

Qualifications

• Active Florida bar in good standing
• At least 3 years of experience in residential real estate transactions
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
