Job Title: Principal Enterprise Application– TRIRIGA Application Real Estate Module

Location: Seattle, WA / Cupertino, CA. This position requires 100% travel and/or relocation. Full-time, permanent role.

Qualifications

Basic:

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent from an accredited institution. Equivalent experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
• At least 11 years of experience in IT.

Preferred:

• At least 5 years of experience in Business Process Consulting, including problem definition, architecture, and process detailing.
• Experience managing leasing operations, including policy adherence and daily activities.
• Proven ability to develop and maintain client relationships and lead project teams from planning to execution.
• Experience designing and restructuring corporate real estate and facilities management models and processes.
• Development of real estate and facilities portfolio strategies.
• Experience dealing with large, complex real estate portfolios and organizations.
• Proficiency in creating and modifying real estate contracts within TRIRIGA, and knowledge of commercial real estate accounting and payment processes.
• Minimum of 2-3 full lifecycle implementations in Real Estate and/or Lease Management.
• At least 5 years managing large IWMS projects, including TRIRIGA and Lease Admin.
• Experience in system architecture and design.
