What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Serve as the technical expert in optimizing and leveraging ServiceNow best practices
• Lead customer design workshops focused on ServiceNow Platform and Solution technology
• Guide customers in completing required documentation such as business requirement workbooks
• Develop required integration components and portal components with multiple systems
• Provide training and mentoring to other members of the delivery team and partner ecosystem

What is Required (Qualifications)

• Must be a U.S. Citizen, with the ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Public Trust security clearance
• At least 3+ years of configuring/developing ServiceNow or equivalent solutions
• Minimum of 5+ years of configuration/development experience in Finance, Supply Chain, Source-to-Pay, Legal, and/or Contracting technologies
• Experience with ServiceNow Finance & Supply Chain Solutions, including Supplier Lifecycle Operations, Sourcing & Procurement Operations, and/or Accounts Payable Operations
• Strong understanding of leading Finance, Supply Chain, Source-to-Pay, Legal, and/or Contracting related systems and tools

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• ServiceNow certifications such as a current ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification and ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD)
• Accreditation in ServiceNow Supplier Lifecycle Operations, Sourcing & Procurement Operations, Accounts Payable Operations, and/or Legal Service Delivery
• Experience with Web Technologies (XML, HTML, JavaScript, Web Services, etc.)
• Proven ability to influence and consult with customer stakeholders
• Strong interpersonal skills and a customer‑centric attitude
