- Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements, create compelling job descriptions, and establish recruitment timelines.
- Source qualified candidates through multiple channels, including job boards (e.g., LinkedIn, Indeed), social media, employee referrals, and talent databases.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial phone / video interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring teams, providing clear communication and follow-ups at every stage.
- Manage the offer process : extend verbal / written offers, negotiate compensation packages (when needed), and ensure compliance with company policies and local labor laws.
- Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs, especially for hard-to-fill roles.
- Collaborate with the onboarding team to ensure a smooth transition for new hires, including preparing offer letters and collecting necessary documentation.
- Stay updated on industry trends, recruitment best practices, and local labor regulations to ensure compliance and competitive hiring strategies.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3 years of proven experience as a Recruiter (in-house or agency experience is a plus).
- Familiarity with recruitment tools and platforms
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with candidates, hiring managers, and cross-functional teams.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.
- Proactive, results-driven mindset with a focus on delivering high-quality talent and a positive candidate experience.
- Proficient in Chinese and English
