Overview

Legal Counsel, Transactions - Plano, TX role at JURISolutions Legal (JSL) . Hybrid opportunity with an IT and logistics services client based in Plano, Texas.

Responsibilities

• Provide transactional legal support for logistics matters, including the negotiation and review of supply chain management and warehousing agreements.


• Advise stakeholders at various levels on compliance and risk mitigation.


• Support day-to-day legal operations in a hybrid on-site role (3 days on-site per week) for an initial duration of 6 months, with the possibility to extend.

Qualifications

• Attorney with approximately 4 years of transactional experience (junior-level).


• Experience in logistics, supply chain management, and warehousing agreements is preferred.
