🚀 Business/Employment Immigration Paralegal

Overview

Van Der Hout LLP is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Business/Employment Immigration Paralegal to join our expanding immigration practice. This full-time, in-office position offers an opportunity to work closely with attorneys in preparing non-immigrant and immigrant visa petitions and other immigration-related filings.

Minimum Experience : Mid-level
Compensation : $59-71k DOE

Responsibilities

• Prepare non-immigrant and immigrant visa petitions, including but not limited to: H-1B, L-1, TN, E-3, O-1, and I-140.
• Manage the status of filed applications and petitions.
• Communicate with clients regarding case processing issues.
• Run reports to monitor deadlines.
• Monitor and update the status of cases using case management and client database systems.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of paralegal experience in business immigration.
• Bachelor’s Degree or Paralegal Certificate.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and writing skills.
• Computer literacy.
• Customer service skills.
• Proficiency with case management software and other reporting tools and technologies used to manage data.
