Healthcare facility looking to bring on Manager Human Resources!

Responsible for advising the workforce on Human Resources and payroll related policies and programs. This position will consult with, coach and advise managers on HR activities, employee issues and concerns. Will play a critical role in identifying, developing and implementing employee relations, retention, and recruitment/staffing support programs for, HR data/analytics, and will advise on industry trends and best practice

Responsibilities

• Advises workforce on HR and payroll policies and programs; coaches and advises managers on HR activities, employee issues and concerns.
• Identifies, develops, and implements employee relations, retention, and recruitment/staffing support programs.
• Advises on HR data/analytics and industry trends and best practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• Union experience required.
• Healthcare experience required.
• Minimum of 2-5 years of progressive Human Resources experience with at least 2 years in direct employee relations; knowledge of labor laws including Title VII, ADA, ADEA, FLSA, and FMLA preferred.
• Experience in a healthcare environment with Just Culture principles; strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
