Offit Kurman, agrowing full-service law firm, is seeking an Intellectual Property PatentAssociate Attorney to join our dynamic and collaborative team.

The successfulcandidate will:

• Be admitted to practice beforethe United States Patent and Trademark Office.
• Have 4–6 years of experience ina law firm setting with patent drafting, opinions, infringement analysis,and prosecution.
• Possess a technical backgroundin biomedical engineering, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering,materials science, or a related field.
• Demonstrate exceptionalwriting, analytical, and communication skills.
• Have experience with medicaldevices or technical innovations (highly preferred).
