• Implement effective conflict management strategies to resolve tenant disputes
• Collaborate with maintenance staff to coordinate repairs and upkeep of properties
• Maintain accurate records of property activities, including filing documentation related to contracts and agreements
• Assist in marketing efforts for property leasing, including upselling available units

Experience / Qualifications

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Proficient in customer relationship management tools and practices
• Strong office experience with effective phone etiquette and administrative skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail
