We are seeking a seasoned Corporate Controller-level consultant to support a significant integration following an upcoming acquisition. The acquired company, approximately $100M in revenue, will require hands-on finance and accounting leadership during the transition.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with our in-house Integration Manager to execute integration activities.
• Shadow existing teams, learn processes, and support day-to-day execution.
• Convert accounting from cash to GAAP .
• Oversee migration of AR and AP functions into corporate shared services.
• Support integration of a business transitioning from QuickBooks into corporate systems.

Ideal Background:

• Corporate Controller or senior finance leader with M&A integration experience .
• Strong knowledge of GAAP conversions, financial systems, and process improvement.
• Ability to operate in hands-on environments, including acquisitions of founder-led or “mom-and-pop” businesses.
