What do you need for this Finance Director role?

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or related field
• 15+ years of finance experience
• Advanced Excel
• Experience in an inventory or product-based company

What will you do in this Finance Director role?

• Develop, manage, and execute the company's financial strategy, ensuring alignment with company goals.
• Provide detailed monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, including forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis.
• Oversee all financial reporting activities, ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
• Monitor cash flow, manage working capital, and ensure the company meets all financial obligations.
• Work closely with procurement and production teams to optimize cost-efficiency and inventory control.
• Lead pricing strategy, working to reduce waste, streamline processes, and improve profit margins.
• Provide cost analysis and support for production, inventory management, and pricing adjustments.
• Set strategic goals and make data-driven decisions.
• Provide financial insights and guidance on company growth, product development, and expansion opportunities.
• Assess and manage financial risks, including inventory, operational, and market risks.
