Transformation Office Analyst
Presbyterian is seeking a Transformation Office Analyst . This role supports the Transformation Office (TO) team of Initiative Owners and Workstreams, initiative delivery, and reporting. The position is full‑time, exempt, and based at the Rev Hugh Cooper Admin Center, with weekday hours Monday‑Friday.
Pay
$30.00–$45.82 per hour.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business or related field (5+ years of consulting, finance, or planning experience).
- Experience supporting transformation initiatives, including data analysis, KPI tracking, and project coordination.
- Experience with the Wave Program Management tool (McKinsey) is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Support problem‑solving with Initiative Owners and Workstream Leads.
- Identify initiative roadblocks or delays and communicate them to the TO team.
- Ensure adherence to TO guidelines and processes; modify and reconcile reports when underlying data structures change; support documentation creation as required by stage gates.
- Partner with organizational leaders in a consultative manner to provide leadership to initiative resources and ensure timely delivery of deliverables.
- Align and lead cross‑organizational resources for successful initiative delivery.
- Utilize the Wave Program Management tool, Excel, or PowerPoint to design and prepare presentations and reports.
