Compensation Package

Salary: $130,000 – $160,000 per year plus comprehensive benefits, 401(k) match, PTO from day one, self‑care days, and PSLF eligibility.

Job Details

We’re seeking an experienced Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead fiscal strategy, strengthen financial operations, and mentor a dedicated finance team.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee budgeting, financial reporting, audits, and cost‑effective processes aligned with mission and growth plans.
• Manage FQHC reimbursement and ensure compliance with healthcare finance regulations.
• Lead a finance team, fostering collaboration, professional development, and high performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in Accounting or Finance (Master’s preferred).
• 5+ years in accounting with at least 2 years in healthcare finance / FQHC reimbursement.
• Proven success leading finance teams and delivering strategic financial leadership.
