🚀 Audit Director, Risk

JCW is recruiting on behalf of a growing bank for a Director, Risk Audit to lead audit engagements across the bank with a focus on operational and enterprise non-financial risk. This is a hybrid in-office role, two days a week, with direct reports and leadership responsibility within the Risk Audit team.

Responsibilities

• Plan, lead and manage audit engagements across the second line of defense
• Supervise, mentor and manage junior staff and review workpapers
• Work directly with stakeholders, providing regular updates to them and audit leadership

Qualifications

• Bachelor\'s Degree required
• Minimum 10 years of internal audit or risk advisory experience
• Operational or enterprise risk audit experience required
• Stress testing/capital planning experience preferred
