Position Overview

The ideal candidate will be responsible for financial strategy, financial planning and analysis, financial reports, company audits, compliance, and bank relationships. They will collaborate with the CEO and the executive team to make decisions regarding the company’s financial strategy and operations. The candidate will possess a strong background in finance and management.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the entire gamut of the Finance department as part of the Group Companies.
  • Strategic leadership to oversee the financial health of the organization and provide regular information/insights to the management pertaining to the financial viability of the business for the required profitability and cost controls.
  • Oversee all accounts, ledgers, and reporting systems, ensuring compliance with appropriate standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Maintain internal control and safeguards for the receipt of revenue, costs, budgets, and actual expenditures.
  • Consistently analyse financial data and present financial reports in an accurate and timely manner; clearly communicate monthly and annual financial statements; monitor progress, changes, and keep senior leadership abreast of the financial status.
  • Perform annual budgeting, planning process, oversee cash flow, cash management, working capital, and company audits.
  • Manage and track the performance of invested assets in alignment with the budgets.
  • Leverage the strengths of the finance team members; provide clarity on the role and responsibilities, develop and implement a training program to maximize skill development and productivity, and help them reach the optimal Individual and organizational goals.

Job Requirements

  • Should be a Qualified CA with a Graduation from Tier 1 DU Commerce College
  • Experience in Pre-post IPO is preferred.
  • Minimum 22-30 years’ work experience
  • Experience in working with internal & external stakeholders
