What You’ll Do:

• Lead full-cycle accounting and transition the business from cash to accrual accounting
• Produce accurate P&Ls, balance sheets, and cash flow reports
• Oversee AR/AP and mentor the existing finance team
• Implement controls to minimize risk and ensure compliance (GAAP, tax, etc.)
• Manage payroll and support purchasing/forecasting with actionable insights
• Collaborate closely with leadership on budgeting and strategic decisions

Requirements:

• 10–15+ years in accounting/finance with Controller-level experience
• Strong GAAP and accrual accounting foundation
• Experience building or restructuring finance functions in growing companies
• Inventory, distribution, import/export, or wholesale background = strong plus
• Exceptional attention to detail and leadership communication skills
