Responsibilities

• Collect, analyze, and deliver data-driven results to assess client performance goals
• Provide training and support to CDM Analysts on chargemaster processes and updates
• Communicate routine and non-routine changes to coding and billing protocols to relevant departments
• Lead multi-disciplinary groups to ensure accuracy and enhancement of hospital net revenue
• Perform monthly chargemaster maintenance and audits, ensuring compliance with regulations

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Six years of experience in the healthcare industry, with a focus on Charge Master, EAP, and coding
• Experience in physician and hospital operations, compliance, and provider relations
• Certifications in patient access or patient accounting; coding certification highly preferred
• CRCR certification required within 9 months of hire

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in charge capture data analysis and revenue monitoring functions
• Familiarity with government regulations related to healthcare billing and coding
• Strong leadership skills in managing cross-functional teams
• Ability to work independently and lead meetings effectively
• Knowledge of healthcare financial management practices
