Responsibilities

• Play a strategic role on the executive team, shaping business direction, resource allocation, and growth planning
• Build and maintain relationships with global partners, clients, and stakeholders to support business development
• Lead financial operations including budgeting, forecasting, treasury, and risk management to ensure fiscal stability
• Present financial insights and performance updates to the Board and senior leadership
• Oversee financial planning and analysis across multiple regions, ensuring accurate reporting and compliance

Requirements

• A minimum of 10+years in senior finance leadership, with experience across multiple states or international markets
• Strong background in financial strategy, operational efficiency, and margin improvement
• Familiarity with ERP platforms and advanced proficiency in Excel and financial modeling
• Experience managing audits, regulatory compliance, and tax reporting across jurisdictions
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and implement scalable financial systems

Qualifications

• A Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field; CPA or MBA is strongly preferred
• Experience in professional services or the AEC industry is a plus
• Skilled in mentoring teams and fostering a collaborative, high-performance culture
• Strong analytical and communication skills with the ability to influence executive decision-making
