• 7+ years of progressive tax consulting and/or compliance experience in public accounting
• Bachelor’s and/or Master’s Degree in Accounting
• Licensed CPA
• Excellent analytical, technical, and tax accounting skills
• Exceptional client service and communication skills, with the ability to develop and maintain strong client relationships
• Strong leadership, training, coaching, and mentoring abilities, coupled with excellent written, interpersonal, and presentation skills
• Experience with tax software (preferably CCH Axcess) and a willingness to learn new software quickly
• Ability to manage multiple projects and thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Customer service orientation — enjoy working with people and understanding clients’ businesses and industries

As a Senior Tax Manager , your responsibilities will include:

• Managing the preparation of various tax returns (individual, corporate, partnership, fiduciary, tax-exempt)
• Preparing income tax projections involving multiple scenarios and complex analysis
• Leading communication with clients and other stakeholders to gather necessary information
• Planning and supervising the preparation of schedules and analyses for tax filings
