What You’ll Do

• Partner with the CEO and executive leadership to align business strategy and financial goals.
• Lead all aspects of financial management — including forecasting, budgeting, reporting, and cash flow oversight — ensuring accuracy and accountability.
• Build scalable processes to support multi‑state operations and long‑term expansion plans.
• Provide insight and recommendations to improve profitability, optimize margins, and support investment decisions.
• Collaborate closely with project and operations leaders to maintain strong controls and efficient job‑costing practices.
• Manage banking, audit, insurance, bonding, and tax relationships with a proactive, solutions‑oriented mindset.
• Mentor and develop a growing finance and accounting team to reach their highest potential.

Who You Are

• A seasoned finance leader with a strong background in construction, real estate development, or another project‑based industry.
• Experienced guiding companies in the $150M+ range and helping scale toward their next phase of growth.
• Skilled in managing complex financial operations including multi‑entity reporting, WIP schedules, revenue recognition, and tax compliance.
• Known for balancing big‑picture strategic thinking with a roll‑up‑your‑sleeves approach.
• Collaborative, approachable, and confident working directly with founders, executives, and field leaders.
• CPA or MBA preferred, but not required — proven success and leadership matter most.
