Deals - Financial Due Diligence, Manager

At PwC, our people in deals focus on providing strategic advice and support to clients in areas such as mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, and restructuring. Those in financial due diligence will help clients navigate complex transactions and maximize value by analyzing financial information focusing on quality of earnings, assets, cash flows and other key client deal issues. You will also lead and inspire a high‑performing team, consistently delivering quality deliverables, coaching staff, and embodying PwC’s values of integrity, authenticity and innovation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage client service accounts and drive engagement workstreams
  • Supervise, develop, and coach teams to confirm top‑quality deliverables
  • Utilize team strengths to meet client expectations
  • Foster productive communication between technologists and business partners
  • Lead client engagement workstreams and ensure project success with exceptional standards
  • Promote a culture of trust and accountability
  • Address and resolve conflicts or issues as they arise

Required Skills and Experience

  • 5+ years of experience in financial due diligence or related transaction services
  • Bachelor’s degree (MBA, CPA, ACCA, or CFA preferred)
  • Active CPA in the current work office or Chartered Accountant in good standing, or a CFA credential
  • Strong analytical and financial modelling skills, with the ability to assess quality of earnings, net assets, and cash flows
  • Experience managing technical accounting resolution and supervising teams
  • Proven ability to communicate complex findings to senior stakeholders and executives

Compensation and Benefits
