We’re seeking a Vice President of Information Services to lead enterprise-wide technology adoption strategies and shape the future of digital enablement across a mission-driven organization.

This executive role leads the evolution of digital workplace capabilities—championing adoption of Microsoft 365, AI-powered solutions, and enterprise platforms that transform how teams collaborate, innovate, and deliver value.

About the Role

As VP of Information Services , you will:

• Build and execute a strategic roadmap for enterprise technology adoption and enablement
• Maximize ROI on technology investments by improving user adoption and engagement
• Align digital tools with clinical, operational, and workforce needs
• Lead technology governance in partnership with Data Governance, Information Security, and executive stakeholders
• Develop and oversee enterprise training, digital literacy, and user experience programs
• Report adoption metrics and business impact to senior leadership
• Lead cross-functional teams spanning Information Services, Clinical Informatics, and Learning Enablement

What You Bring

• Proven executive leadership in IT Strategy, Digital Transformation, Clinical Informatics, or Enterprise Program Leadership
• Successful track record implementing and scaling Microsoft 365 and AI solutions
• Mastery of technology adoption strategies (e.g., TAM, Prosci/ADKAR, UTAUT)
• Experience navigating large, complex organizations and driving cultural change
• Ability to translate technology into business impact
• Exceptional communication skills and executive presence
