$150,000.00/yr - $180,000.00/yr

Overview

We are seeking a strategic, detail-oriented, and results-driven Head of Finance to lead our company’s financial operations and support long-term growth. This role is responsible for overseeing all financial planning, budgeting, accounting, and reporting activities , ensuring sound fiscal management and compliance across the organization. The ideal candidate brings strong leadership, analytical acumen , and proven experience building scalable financial systems that support operational excellence and profitability. You will work closely with executive leadership to drive data-informed decision-making, manage financial risk, and optimize company performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee all aspects of the company’s financial strategy, accounting, budgeting, Analysis, and reporting .
• A blend of large-company rigor (financial modeling, FP&A discipline, reporting accuracy) and startup grit (building from scratch, hands-on execution).
• Demonstrated success in cash flow management, strategic planning, and financial reporting .
• Establish and maintain robust internal controls, accounting policies, and financial systems .
• Experience working with auditors, tax advisors, and financial institutions .
• Proficiency with ERP systems (e.g., QuickBooks, Ramp, or similar) and advanced Excel skills .
• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing finance and accounting team.

Qualifications

• CPA or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration required.
• 5+ years of progressive experience in accounting, finance, or corporate financial leadership.
• Proven track record of strategic financial management, forecasting, and performance improvement.
• Strong understanding of GAAP, financial reporting, and corporate compliance.
• Excellent leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to translate financial data into actionable business insights.
