Leasing Professional - Mason at Alameda Station

This position is responsible for coordinating the community’s marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies to achieve occupancy, revenue, and resident retention goals by performing all activities related to leasing to new residents, providing resident satisfaction throughout the term of the lease, and securing resident lease renewals.

• Coordinate the community’s marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies to achieve occupancy, revenue, and resident retention goals.
• Perform all activities related to leasing to new residents and provide ongoing resident satisfaction throughout the lease term.
• Secure resident lease renewals.

Compensation and Benefits

Hourly range: $19 - $21 per hour.

Additional Compensation: Many factors go into determining employee pay within the posted range including business requirements, prior experience, current skills and geographical location.

• Corporate Positions: In addition to the base salary, eligible for quarterly or annual bonus programs based on individual and company performance.
• Onsite Property Positions: Eligible for weekly, monthly, and/or quarterly bonus programs.
