🚀 Insurance Director

A company is looking for an Insurance Director to oversee client projects and ensure efficient operations within the insurance department.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of insurance collectors, supervisors, and managers to achieve client goals
• Establish and implement policies, workflows, and procedures to meet project objectives
• Monitor client project performance and ensure timely resolution of account inventories

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's Degree preferred
• Minimum of 10 years of insurance billing and follow-up experience preferred
• At least 5 years in a management role leading billing and insurance agents
• Extensive experience in physician and/or hospital revenue cycle preferred
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite required
