Akkodis is seeking an Analyst for a contract with a client in Boston, MA . Candidates must have extensive experience supporting and troubleshooting enterprise applications.

Rate Range: $44/hour to $60/hour. The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze application incidents and service requests, identifying root causes and recommending solutions.
  • Document recurring issues, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions to build a comprehensive knowledge base.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to escale and resolve complex application problems efficiently.
  • Monitor application performance and generate reports to support continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Assist in user training and provide support for application upgrades or new feature rollouts.
  • Ensure compliance with service level agreements (SLAs) and maintain clear communication with stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3‑5 years of experience in application support or business analysis.
  • Proven ability to analyze and resolve complex application issues in enterprise environments.
  • Strong communication skills and experience collaborating with cross‑functional technical teams.

Pay Details: $44.00 to $60.00 per hour
