Job Overview

We are an ambitious, quickly expanding team looking for a Creative Project Manager that can help us compete on a global scale. This is an opportunity to push a creative team forward, create impactful and meaningful work, and help lead a talented, growing team. As an experienced project manager, you are well versed in the creative development and delivery process.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

  • Project Leadership & Planning: Run mid- to large-sized creative projects and campaigns from inception through delivery, gathering requirements and ensuring schedule and objectives are met.
  • Process Implementation: Develop project timelines and budgets, establish a project plan, and see it through using Monday.com and Google Workspace.
  • Communication & Prioritization: Provide updates, address changes, and prioritize tasks with Creative Ops Director, Creative Directors, and Account team.
  • Quality & Risk Management: Assess feasibility, identify risks, develop workback schedules, and manage key dates including briefs, creative internals, revisions, and final delivery.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in project management at a creative, production, marketing, or advertising agency.
  • Experience with project management tools, ideally Monday.com and Google Workspace.
  • Outstanding communication skills and ability to interact with a range of personalities and roles.
  • Deep knowledge of the project management process in a creative environment, including processes, workflow, and terminology.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with proven ability to stay calm under pressure.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask across multiple requests.
  • Knowledge of AI tools is a plus.
