What Will You Be Doing?

The Sr Manager, Digital Product Solutions will lead the Product Team to ensure the efficient execution of features and enhancements across our digital platforms, including FlyFrontier.com, the mobile app, kiosks, and airport digital experiences. This role is responsible for defining and managing the overarching product strategy and roadmap, prioritizing initiatives, and ensuring strategic alignment with business goals. The ideal candidate will leverage data-driven insights to optimize the customer journey and drive business impact.

Essential Functions

  • Define the top-level product strategy for flyfrontier.com, and present the strategy to Executive leadership continuously to gain and retain alignment on the product vision
  • Create and manage the product roadmap to support the product strategy
  • Proactively identify opportunities to drive customer and business value, collaborating with both the UI/UX team and Commercial Technology to develop meaningful solutions as well as execute go-to-market strategies
  • Direct the team to carry out extensive research and analysis to identify needs that new and improved products can fulfil for the business
  • Work with supporting team to translate business and technical requirements into clear user stories for internal and external scrum teams to implement
  • Plan, prioritize, and maintain a healthy product backlog that delivers maximum value for the customer while adhering to company strategy
  • Manage coordinated efforts with UX/UI team to design solutions, and work with stakeholders to determine Minimum Viable Product (MVP)
  • Incorporate feedback from stakeholders and business leaders into product iterations, and work with the other business departments as the subject matter expert to solve Commercial Technology initiatives
  • Participate in the scrum ceremonies, evaluate project/product progress, and communicate status and risks appropriately
  • Analyze business workflows, suggest improvements, and uncover complexity in stakeholder requests
  • Hold regular technical and business team meetings to determine progress and address any questions or challenges regarding projects
  • Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders inside and outside the organization

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Marketing, Business or related field, or equivalent work experience.

8+ years of experience in digital product management, with a proven track record of delivering successful digital products.

Strong understanding of Agile development methodologies and experience leading cross-functional teams.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Inclined to solve problems, own resolutions, and steps up in leadership vacuums.

CSPO or similar certifications preferred.

Previous experience in travel space a plus.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

Demonstrated experience managing a team of Product Owners or Product Managers to deliver world-class products

Demonstrated understanding of Product Management processes, strategies and methods

Demonstrated understanding of Product owner and Business Analysis processes, strategies and methods

Excellent time management and organizational skills and experience establishing guidelines in these areas for others

Strong sense of personal accountability regarding decision-making and maintaining stakeholder relationships

Experience working in a high-level collaborative environment and promoting a teamwork mentality

Experience applying analytical thinking and problem-solving skills

Ability to predict challenges and seek to proactively head-off obstacles

Knowledge of coding and design best practices a plus

Experience in Azure Dev Ops a plus

Experience in adobe software a plus
