This Corporate (Enterprise Analytics) position will manage a team and will also be expected to contribute individually. **THE DAY-TO-DAY:*** Partner with marketing teams to deliver strategic insights, translate analytical findings into actionable recommendations, and optimize the allocation of marketing investments while prioritizing high-impact initiatives.* Collaborate with Marketing COE Strategy leadership on A/B testing design, implementation, measurement, and reporting to drive data-informed decision-making.* Lead, develop, and train a team of analysts; provide guidance on event proformas, post-event analyses, promotions, shows, customer segmentation, and marketing review presentations.* Ensure consistency in tools, terminology, and methodology to establish Enterprise Analytics best practices in analysis and recommendations. Review all findings prior to presentation to business partners.* Create and maintain an analytical roadmap focused on developing and monitoring KPIs that maximize marketing effectiveness and efficiency.* Define business requirements and collaborate with Enterprise Reporting and external partners to ensure seamless execution and BI/IT development support.* Continuously enhance analytic capabilities and expand the marketing analysis toolkit through innovation, research, and networking.* Maintain close alignment with property teams through regular site visits and participation in strategy sessions.
