Juniper Communities is an EEO employer. This full-time, salaried position (Starting $60,000) offers DailyPay and requires supervising Connections Associates and other resident activities.

Scope of Supervision: Supervises Connections Associates and other Associates; may serve as Community Life Team Leader; provides guidance and training to Resident Associates; serves as Manager on Duty as required.

Responsibilities

• Ensure resident safety at all times.
• Embrace culture change and resident-centered philosophies.
• Maintain compliance with documentation and regulatory standards.
• Complete interest and participation assessments on admission and quarterly thereafter.
• Prepare and update a Connections Plan for each resident within 7 days of admission and quarterly thereafter.
• Plan, develop, organize, implement, evaluate, and direct the Connections program of the community.

Requirements

• High School Diploma; Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work, Therapeutic Recreation, Psychology, Gerontology, or related field preferred. Certification as Professional required.
• Previous management experience in healthcare or service setting; computer literate.
• Valid state driver’s license with appropriate CDL class.
• Knowledge of physiology and psychology of older adults.
• Experience in program design, planning, and implementation desired.
