🚀 UX Designer

A company is looking for a UX Designer to create user-centered designs and enhance the user experience for digital products.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand product goals and requirements
• Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, and prototypes to communicate design ideas
• Conduct user research to understand user needs, motivations, and behaviors

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in UX Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field, or relevant bootcamp experience
• 3+ years of experience as a UX Designer, working with cross-functional teams
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma and understanding of user-centered design principles
• Experience with user behavior analysis tools like Google Analytics, Pendo, or Maze
• Familiarity with front-end development technologies, including HTML, CSS, React, and Angular
