Description

The main function of a Producer is to scale and grow Video Productions globally. Acting as service owner and executive producer, providing technical direction for the planning, scheduling, and delivery of video production services.

Key Responsibilities

• Production Support
  • Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of OSVP projects (video, written, audio, digital).
  • Work with XFN teams to coordinate development and delivery of high-quality assets.
• Project Management
  • Track project timelines, deliverables, and resources for multiple content initiatives.
  • Maintain clear documentation and status updates for stakeholders & Head of Shared Services.
  • Coordinate project-tracking across the Shared Service team.
  • Main focus will be on OSVP, but scope may also span to coordination/organization for Program Management, Community Management, and IT Programs.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Be the first touchpoint for XFN partners across 1P Studios, Content, PMM, IMM, and MarCom to understand their needs, then clearly communicate and delegate tasks to OSVP.
  • Coordinate with external vendors, agencies, and freelancers as needed.
• Quality Assurance
  • Track feedback from stakeholders and ensure timely revisions.
• Process Optimization
  • Identify and suggest improvements to content production workflows.
  • Help document best practices and share learnings with the team.
• Budget & Resource Tracking
  • Support budget management and resource allocation for OSVP projects.
• Problem Solving
  • Proactively identify risks or bottlenecks in the production process, expertly tracking deadlines, and impact to workstream(s).
  • Communicate issues and solutions to relevant stakeholders.

Skills & Qualifications

• 4+ years experience in content production (video, written, audio, or digital).
• Strong organizational and communication skills paired with acute attention to detail and commitment to quality. Must be showcased through detailed tracking and source-of-truth documentation.
• Ability to manage multiple multi-layered projects in a fast-paced, context-switching environment.
• Collaborative mindset and ability to work with stakeholders of heavily-varied scale and temperament.
• Expert in the Google Suite, specifically Docs, Sheets, and complex Drive folder structures.
• Familiarity with live-production, post-production, VFX, and game development programs, processes, and workflows.

Compensation details listed in this posting reflect the base hourly rate or annual salary only, unless otherwise stated.
