🚀 Account Setup Coordinator

Base pay range

$15.97/hr - $15.97/hr

Responsibilities

Based in a high data entry environment with numerous requests per month, the Account Setup Coordinator independently processes tasks by the end of each day. This role is back‑end office support, not client‑facing.

• Working with various areas within the company to successfully implement products and services for customers
• Acts as the primary internal contact
• Coordinates activities with various departments to ensure customer products and services are implemented in a timely, accurate and efficient manner
• Resolves issues relating to missing or conflicting product information and documentation by communicating and coordinating efforts with customers, sales staff, relationship managers, operations, bankers and/or legal staff where applicable

Requirements

• High School diploma/GED or equivalent required
• Data entry experience
• Intermediate Excel experience
• Strong attention to detail

Nice To Have

• Time Management skills – ability to prioritize and work through a queue of work; ability to work through high volume of work with high accuracy
• Critical Thinking skills – be able to assess the whys behind what you are doing
• Problem‑solving skills
• Banking industry knowledge
