Overview

JOB TITLE: Finance Business Ops Associate

LOCATION: Los Angeles

SALARY: >$125K + 20-25% bonus & equity participation

BENEFITS: eligible for M/D/V & 401K

Role and Responsibilities

• Support finance and strategy activities for a Series B SaaS company; report to the Head of Finance with immediate impact from Day 1.
• Provide insights to the business and participate in fundraising efforts.
• Develop models including waterfall and 3-statement forecasts; create reporting and dashboards to track SaaS metrics.
• Partner closely with Product, Sales and Ops on new business cases and analysis.
• Prepare materials for the board and investors.
• Work cross-functionally on operational initiatives around contracts and buildout of BvA workflows.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years' experience with a background in finance strategy, consulting, or ibanking .
• Exposure to various FP&A/BI tools; preferably familiar with SaaS industry growth levers.

Compensation and Benefits

• Base salary up to $125K + 20-25% bonus & equity participation.
