$82,500.00/yr – $115,500.00/yr (Seattle, WA). Potential to increase up to $132,000.00 based on performance.

Role Overview

Senior Executive Assistant – supporting 2–3 senior leaders (SVP/VP level) and occasionally a third executive.

In This Role, You Will

  • Strategically manage complex calendars across global time zones.
  • Coordinate end‑to‑end meetings, including room, AV, catering, and agenda preparation.
  • Ensure stakeholders are informed and aligned through clear communication.
  • Arrange domestic and international travel, including conference registration and logistics.
  • Drive executives’ time management to focus on strategic business initiatives.
  • Plan logistics for on‑site team events and provide in‑person support.
  • Collaborate with other EA teams organization‑wide to share knowledge and improve service.
  • Lead special projects, support leadership priorities, and maintain confidentiality.
  • Organize team morale and global division‑wide events.
  • Represent the EA team with professionalism, dependability, and trustworthiness.

Experience and Qualifications

  • 8+ years of experience supporting senior‑level executives.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; professional and approachable tone.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Outlook; familiarity with Word, PowerPoint, Excel, OneNote.
  • Experience with collaboration platforms such as Slack and Zoom.
  • High attention to detail, adaptability to shifting priorities, and strong discretion.
  • Experience working collaboratively across a team of Executive Assistants.
  • Composed presence in high‑pressure situations with sound judgment and discretion.
  • Balance day‑to‑day execution with a strategic, big‑picture perspective.
  • Responsive, solutions‑oriented approach; quick to act thoughtfully.
  • College degree or equivalent professional experience preferred.

Location: Seattle, WA – this role requires in‑office presence at least three days per week. Relocation assistance not available.
