We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Estimator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in both commercial and residential construction projects and a proven ability to deliver accurate takeoffs and cost estimates.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in commercial and residential estimating
• Proficiency in Bluebeam or PlanSwift (required)
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and cost structures
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities

Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed and accurate cost estimates for commercial and residential projects
• Perform quantity takeoffs and analyze labor, materials, and equipment costs
• Review project plans, specifications, and bid documents
• Collaborate with project managers, subcontractors, and clients during the bidding process
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of construction costs, industry trends, and local market conditions
