Base pay range

$225,000.00/yr - $310,000.00/yr

What you have (Qualifications)

• 1–4 years of experience in patent litigation, IPR, and/or PGR proceedings
• Undergraduate and/or advanced degrees in Mechanical Engineering or Aerospace Engineering
• Preference for advanced degrees
• Active license to practice law
• USPTO registration
• Strong research, writing, and analytical skills
• Excellent academic credentials and communication abilities

What you will do (Responsibilities)

• Work on cutting-edge matters involving complex mechanical technologies
• Support patent litigation, IPR, and/or PGR matters
• Collaborate with a team of nationally recognized IP professionals
• Provide mechanical engineering expertise to ongoing matters
