We are currently seeking a Logistics Coordinator to join our team.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate Logistics Operations: Support the end-to-end logistics process, including inventory management and order fulfillment. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products to customers.
• Inventory Control: Implement and maintain effective inventory management systems to optimize stock levels and minimize shortages or excesses. Conduct regular audits to ensure inventory accuracy and resolve discrepancies.
• Sales Support: Ensure seamless integration of logistics processes with sales platforms, such as Salesforce and Shopify, track orders, shipments, and inventory.
• Problem-Solving: Proactively identify and resolve logistics issues, such as delays, damages, or shipment errors. Work closely with internal teams and external partners to develop solutions and prevent future occurrences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
• Proven experience in logistics coordination, preferably within a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with warehouse operations, including inventory management and order fulfillment.
• Proficiency in Salesforce and Shopify (or similar sales platforms) is highly desirable.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with internal teams, suppliers, and freight forwarders.
• Ability to adapt to changing circumstances and thrive in a dynamic, team-oriented environment.

Schedule and Salary

• Monday -Friday 9am-6pm
• $45K-55K Based on experience
