We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Ascendis- Regional Sales Director, Rare Conditions , to join the Sales Leadership Team. This individual will be responsible for leading a team consisting of Growth and Genetics Clinical Specialists and a Rare Conditions Account Manager. This role requires the ability to foster a culture of winning through effective recruitment & hiring, coaching & development, collaboration across the organization, strategic decision making, and timely performance management. Developing strong, collaborative partnerships with internal stakeholders in Marketing, Market Access, Medical Affairs, Commercial Operations, Patient services, Human Resources & Training will be essential for success in this role.

Ability to travel within the Region on a frequent overnight basis, with occasional weekend travel, depending on territory needs; 80% travel will be required

Location within assigned geography; access to a major airport is needed.
