NOW HIRING: Full-Time Sales Director
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.

What You’ll Do:

Drive growth by building meaningful relationships with prospective residents and their families.

Position our community as the premier choice for senior living in Omaha.

Lead with creativity, organizing engaging events and experiences that connect families to our community.

Coach and mentor staff to deliver consistent excellence in customer service.

Step in as a leader, modeling professionalism and passion in everything you do.

Collaborate closely with leadership, continuously learning and growing.

Represent Astoria proudly, maintaining a clean driving record while using a company vehicle for outreach.

Bonus Points If You Have:

Proven success in senior living or multi-family housing sales

Several years of sales leadership experience

A degree in business, marketing, or a related field

A goal-driven mindset with a relationship-focused approach

A team-first attitude and passion for serving seniors
